Nano filler masterbatch is a kind of advanced modified filler MB made of nano calciumCarbonate, plastic flexibilizer and other special additives. It is used for firstand mid grade polyolefin material in such processes of extrusion, injection, plasticblowing, film blowing, casting and wire drawing. When it is put into use,we can reduce material cost, and improve the character of final products.Application ratio: mix nano filler MB with the stuff resin from the ratio of 10%to more than 30% (different ratio decided by the product and user)Compared with normal filler MB, nano filler MB with following superiorities:1) Remain anti-impulsion property and flexibility of plastic material. Even whenthe application ratio is high, it will not reduce the physical and mechanicalproperty of plastic products much2) Nano filler MB is with good dispersing quality to ensure the smoothappearance of plastic products, so that it can guarantee good printingquality of surface for first and mid grade plastic products3) When some inorganic materials of nanometer frame are introduced, the badeffect of material aging property is distinctly reduced4) Under same ratio condition, nano filler MB can distinctly improve thetransparency of plastic productsRemarks: stored in ventilated, dry and cool place.
