Transparent Filler Masterbatches
Features:1) Main application: transparent filler masterbatch is a kind of advanced modifiedfiller MB made of inorganic transparent powder material and other special additives.Its refraction is similar to polyolefin plastics. When the application ratio is around5 - 10%, the transparency of HDPE film is distinctly improved. And it will not affectthe transparency of LDPE film. It is used for first and mid grade polyolefin materialin the process of extrusion, injection, plastic blowing, film blowing, casting,wire drawing, etc. When it is put into use, we can reduce material cost, andimprove the character of final products2) Granule size for inorganic transparent powder: ≤10μm3) Whiteness: ≥98%4) Application ratio: mix transparent filler MB with the stuff resin from the ratioof 8% to over than 15% (different ratio decided by products and users)5) With small gravity, it will remain parts of the physical and mechanical propertyof plastic products6) It has good dispersing quality to assure the smooth appearanceof plastic products, so that it can guarantee good printing quality of surfacefor first and mid grade plastic products7) With good heating seal property and certain anti-adhesiveproperty8) Since the transparent powder material is introduced, under the same applicationratio as normal filler MB, the effect on transparency of material is distinctly reduced9) Stored in ventilated, dry and cool place. Transparent Filler MB is easily to absorbmoisture from the air. So please use out soon after opening the package
