Anchovy Fillet
Anchovy Fillet Line: Our capacity of production is 3, 000 KG of Anchovy Fillet per day, with our expert staff working in a specially conditioned room for this hand-made craft. Since two years now, our fillet is presented rolled in special cloths in brine or oil (vegetable or sunflower) , also in portions (pandereta, bauletto, octavillo, etc.) packed in special high barrier bags. As from August 2005 we are in condition to manufacture anchovy fillets as finished product: in glass jars (of a variety of sizes) , in octavillo easy open cans (RR-50) , in bauletto rectangular cans (RR-630, etc) , in institutional cans (RO-1000, etc) or in the presentation the client requests.
