Damp-Proof Putty
Features and benefits:An exceptionally formulated high strength one-component based coatingmaterial which can be applied on exterior wall surface before painting.Easy to spread, anti-crack, damp-proof, easy sanding and alkali-resistant.Surface preparation:The surface must be free from any contaminants such as oil, grease, etc.Cement mortar must be allowed to cure for at least 14 days. If the surfaceis too dry, damp with water before coating.Application:1) Putty powder: water=25kg: 9~10kg2) According to the proportion of water and powder, firstly pour the rinsinginto the mixing barrel, add powder then, stirring with an electrical mixerinto lump-free mixture; restirring after stand for 5~10 minutes, so as toachieve the optional effect3) Apply the first layer with a correct trowel and spread evenly on the wall.Allow the first layer to dry for at least 4 hours, the second coat is followed.The total thickness should be at least 1mmDosage:Approx.1.5~2kg/m.m (depending on the substrate condition)Technical parameters:1) Appearance: grey or white powder2) Workability: good3) Drying time: approx. 3hr4) Water resistance (48 hr): excellent5) Resistance to alkali (24hr): excellent6) Bonding strength: >0.70MPa7) After water immersion: >0.50MPaPrecautions:1) Do not mix the cured adhesive with water and reuse it.2) Do not use the product with the temperature above 40oCor below 5oC3) The mixture should be used up within 3 hours in summer and 5 hours in winter4) Sanding should be done within 48 hoursShelf life:Unopened bags can be stored for up to 12 months in a cool dry environment.Packing:20kg/bag
