This product has the properties of high strength, good adhesion for various metal such as alumina, copper, stainess steel, etc. With excellent dielectric properties and heat resistance. In general, the range of temperature is -60℃～200℃. During the curing process, it will release the alcohols, which no corrosion to the materials such as polycarbonate(PC) and copper. Completely complied with RoHS of EU directive.2. Storage and transportation •6 months shelf life if stored below 25 ℃ in cool, dry place, when the product passed its expiration date, it should be confirmed without abnormal phenomenon, then that can be used. •These products don't belong to dangerous goods, so they can be transported as normal chemicals. But be careful of leakage.
