PTFE Self-Lubrication Valve Stem Seals
We recombine PTFE sheet and rubber elastomer on the main lip area of the PTFE valve stem oil seals. The rubber is FKM or FPM. Temperature scope of application is -60°C~+250°C. Because the frictional factor is 0.05 (the other friction surface is of steel), the seal has stable, reliable and enduring stopping properties.Recombining the PTFE with the fluorocarbon rubber (FPM,FKM) on the main lip of the valve stem oil seal, Type-A not only have the elasticity of rubber elastomer, but also have good wear resistance, stable, reliable and enduring stopping properties.Scope of application: high velocity, high frequency reciprocating movement conditions, for example: valve stem sealing of generator.Recombining the PTFE with the fluorocarbon rubber (FPM,FKM) on the main lip of the valve stem oil seal, Type-B adopt the elasticity of rubber and the memory function of PTFE to serve the excellent stopping properties.The frictional factor 0.05 (the other friction surface is of steel) and the wide working temperature (-60°C~+250°C) make the seal excellent stopping properties.Scope of application: high velocity, high frequency reciprocating movement conditions, for example: used for the sealing of heavy generator.
