High Speed Coating Plastic Machine
APPLICATION: The machine applies to drenching or coating of film made of various kind of material such as PP, PE, BOPP, braided fabric, adhesive-bonded fabric, paper, aluminum foil, BOPET, BOPA, CPP, CPE, etc. It applies to the making of various kind of containers such as high quality table mats, high quality packing or many other product in many industries.STRUCTURE FEATHURE:1. The adopting of advanced electric and mechanical device through the whole process from raw material feed-in, film coating, to the film winding up, and the tealizing independently or simultaneously make the machine have a high automatic degree.2. The adopting of frequency converter to change the speed, SCR device to control tenperature, motorized hydraulic device to change the net in the die, makes the machine has a high automatic degree, easy operating and has high efficiency.3. There are two operating stations, but the first station for feed-in of raw material has a rectiying device, It steers for feed-in automatically.4. The automatic tension adjusting device makes feed-in of the raw material stlble and is high-speed.5. There is a preheating roller to dry the raw material before coating.6. The coating cooling roller has a forced cooling stucture, it ensure a good drrect in dtenching and coating. There are two operating station for film wonding. The film winding device is semi-auto and acted by surface-friction, it supported by pneumatic cutting, adjustable edge cutting and edge blowing set.7. All of clutches of the roller are controlled by pneumatic device.
