They use stable and reliable pneumatic components to control the drive of the main machine, the open and shut of the molds and the ration lead feeding.2. The lead feeding system uses method of ration lead feeding and applies thermostable and impact-resistant materials with durable and reliable operations.3. The lead feeding pipe is heated by electro heat pipe and has overcome the disadvantages of easy blocking, low heat use ratio, electricity consumption and inconvenient repair brought about by using the short circuit transformer to heat the lead feeding pipe.4. All the key components apply imported parts, such as the range switch uses the OMRON switch of Japan, frequency transformer uses the LG of Korea, pneumatic operating components use the AIRTAC of Taiwan.5. The electric control system has used the PLC programmable controller to realize concentrated programming and control for convenience of operation and repair.
