Stained Glass Paint
Spray the strengthened stained glass paint on the surface of the glass products and dry it under temperature of 150°C, then different colors as red, yellow, blue, green, and violet appear. The finished effect can be classified into four types. High adhesiveness makes it heat-resisting and soak-resisting in alcohol.Suitable processing scope: processing flat glass, glass bottles and all kinds ofother glass productsSimple technological process:1. Add stained glass paint into the spraying gun, evenly spray the surface of glass products2. Put the sprayed glass products into the oven at the normal temperature, the sprayed glass products should be deposited in the environment with 40-65% humidity, 25-30°C temperature for 30 minutes. Increase the temperature slowly to 110°C. Then slowly increase temperature to 150°C and keep it at 150°C for 30 minutes. Finally, decrease the temperature to the normal (room) temperature, the time to increase the temperature should be at least 20 minutesColor: the glass paint is colorless liquid.
