Asbestos with PTFE Packing

CPS 2500 is constructed from highest quality raw materials. Selected long Canadianwhite asbestos fibers are injected with PTFE particles and then each strand isindividually treated in PTFE dispersion. Equal distribution of PTFE lubricant effectivelyseals the asbestos fibers and due to PTFE`s chemical inertness and lowcoefficient of friction, the result is an ideal multi-purpose packing.A general packing for all rotating and reciprocating pumps, mixers and valvessealing against hot and cold water, ammonia, caustics, mild acids, difficultchemicals, air, gases, steam, solvents, oil and most marine applications.
