We established technologically cooperative relations with KURASAKI share-issuing company, and mastered advanced technology about refractory material production, and we`ve got a great achievement in improving the quality and developing new varieties of refractory material, which is used in refining furnaces, pouring ladle mixers, blast-furnaces, hot-air furnaces, large lime kilns, and non-ferrous metallurgy, and products, which are made in China.We can provide a series of deoxided vacuum electrical-smelted re-integrated magnesia-chrome bricks for the outside of RH furnace for Baoshan steel Co., Wuhan steel Co., Taiyuan steel Co., Ma`anshan steel Co., Ltd. We can supply series of directly integrated magnesia-chrome, semi-reintegrated chrome-magnesia, electrical-smelted re-integrated magnesia-chrome cast materials,etc. for domestic large non-ferrous metal plants, such as Guixi metallurgical plant, Tongling non-ferrous metal Co., Ltd. and Jinlong copper industry plant.We furnish low-creep mullite series products, pre-masonry cordierite-mullite bricks, sillimanite ones, micro-porous sintered Alumina-carbon ones and cast materials for ladle body, tapping landers, slaglanders, branch landers and pre-farbricated parts for Baoshan steel Co., Ma`anshan steel Co., No. 1 branch of Shanghai steel Co., and ZIMBABWE Co., which is assisted by Beijing, Jiuquan steel Co., etc.We also provide NKK AL2O3-SiC-C products in use for torpedo cars for New Japan, NKK, KIMIZU, AOIDA and NISINGKOU steel Co. According to International Standards, we produce and control the progress such as raw material selection, production, packing, transportation and etc, and continuously optimize our technological scheme and technical line, and a complete set of production technique were drawn up of electrical-melted re-integrated/semi-reintegrated magnesia-chrome bricks, and those electrical-melted re-integrated magnesia-chrome, aluminized and carbonized silicon-carbon bricks sintered under 1,850°C have been exported to New Japan steel Co., Ltd. and YAHADA steel works under NKK steel pipe Co., Ltd.
