Heat Pump Unit
The Heat Pump Water Heating Chiller is a refrigeration machine which efficiently extracts heat from a water source such as a well, lake, or closed loop and transfers this heat after raising its temperature to heat another flow of water to temperatures up to 65C. The amount of heat added to the hot water output is greater than the amount taken from the source since the electric energy supplied to the compressor is added to the output. The use of a double-wall condenser heat exchanger makes the heat pump unit especially suited for heating potable or domestic hot water. It is using refrigerant R-134a to supply final hot water at 65c.The heat pump unit is also a 10 refrigerant ton water cooled chiller. The side by side stacking design makes the heat pump unit most suitable for densely equipped machinery plant room. The maintenance access is at the front as well as at the top. The heat pump unit can be put installed in parallel at any multiple of capacities as required.Applications:Applications for heat pump unit are very diversified, but generally fall into three categories :1. A large quantity of waste water is available at a temperature above 10c from which heat can be extracted to heat fresh water,2. Water from a well, lake, or earth coupled closed loop is available, and both chilled water and heated water are a useful output.3. Working together with cooling tower as a chiller.
