Jounce bumpers are used in vehicle suspensions to absorb energy during jounce andto act as a supplemental spring. At this moment, jounce bumpers are compressed and absorb energy. They reduce the impacts to the vehicle and enhance the rider handling quality.Jounce bumpers are usually made from Microcellular Polyurethane. Different designsare required by different car moulds. They have different characteristics whichare defined specifically by car-makers.
