They are designed in 1990s by introducingadvanced technology of motor design and manufacture from abroad, and by our motormanufacture experiences of 50 years. After near 10 years of marketing, we haveimproved the design and manufacture technique and the products have positionthe leading place in China. Now they are also sold to the countries and regionsin Europe, the USA, Africa, South-East Asia, Hong Kong and Macau. The users are allsatisfied with the quality and reliability.These motors are designed elaborately and with advanced structure and made ofrefined materials. They have the features of high-efficiency, low noise, low vibration,reliable and easy to operate and maintain.The motors comply with the standard GB755 Basic Specifications of Rotary Machineand the standard IEC34-1 Rating and Performance of Rotary Machine.The motors comply with the standards GB4942.1 and IEC 34-5 Invasion ProtectionClass of Rotary Machine. According to the above standards, these Y, YLST motorshave two IP classes- IP 23 and IPW24. The responding IP classed for YKKL and YKSLmotors are IP44 and IP54. If ordering for motors with other IP class, the separatetechnical agreement is required before order.According to the standards GB/T1993 and IEC34-6 Cooling Method of Rotary Machine,YL and YLST series have the cooling code of IC01, and YKKL IC611, and YKSLIC81W. If ordering for motors with other cooling type, the separate technical agreementis required before order.The structure and mounting type of these motors is IMV1(horizontal, flange).They comply with the standards GB997 and IEC34-7 Coding for Motor Structure andMounting Type.The motor has a box structure, which prevails now. The rectangular base is weldedof steel plates, which has the features of sufficient rigidity and less weight.The YL, YLST and YKKL (YKSL) motors are different in the covers and air-air (water)coolers.The stators of our motors are mounted by outside press method and the windingsare made of materials of F insulation class and discharge-resistant materials.Winding ends are all fixed with special operation and secured reliably, and thecomplete stators are treated with VPI technique. By these, our motors have excellentinsulation, damp-resistant and impact-resistant performance. For the squirrelcage, there are two types- cast aluminum and copper. The copper bars are securedin slots and welded securely at the ends.According to that if there is axial load or the value of the axial load, themotors are designed with rolling bearings or sliding bearings. The bottom bearingsare rolling type.There is no-stop lubrication system for all these motors with rolling bearings. Themain terminal box is enclosed type with the invasion protection of IP 54 . Thecable outlet of the connection box can be switched upwards, downwards, leftwardsor rightwards. The connection box has a separate PE terminal.
