A vertical gear reducer is applied to the extruder, with the gears and chain wheels being made of 45# medium carbon steel treated through high frequency quenching. The driving rollers are electroplated with hard chromium, and winding-roller tension self-controllers are applied to the driving unit. The cylinder of the extruder, three-way and die all adopt aluminum cast heater, which is very durable (Patent No.97243663.4).
