Features:1) ZB610 is a modified styrene butadiene dispersion designed specifically for use informulating polymer modified mortars and cements2) It is compatible with the full range of cements normally used in the constructionindustry3) The incorporation of ZB610 into cementitious products results in increased flexuraland tensile strength, which can allow a reduction in the bulk of the structure4) Polymer modified cements and mortars offer improved protection for the reinforcingrods against carbonation which in turn helps prevent "spalling"5) The repair of spalling damage is one of the major uses of ZB610 as the polymermodification, which offers greatly improved adhesion of the new cement to theold as well as improved anti-carbonation protection6) Another major application for ZB610 is in the production of cementitious ceramictile adhesives7) The polymer-modified adhesives are widely used as they allow the use of the thinbed method of laying ceramic tiles8) Solids content: 46.0 - 48.0%9) pH: 9.0 - 10.010) Viscosity: 10 - 100mpas11) Glass transition temperature: 11oC12) Storage temperature: 10 - 30oC, for 6 months at cool and inventilated places
