Coming off the facade of the Tendong hill, this lonely tea garden with its sloping rush of green presents a pleasant panorama with the neighboring villages mounted at the fringes posing like decorative stones, when looked at from a distance. This garden produces teas no less in distinction to teas produced from any other garden on the eastern Himalayas. Though cultivated since 1969 only, this garden produces 100, 000 kgs of tea every year. It employs more than 450 personnel and has a manufacturing plant frequented by visitors interested in tea manufacture.
