Concerning the foodstuffs, kernels by handsorting is unfavorable to the foodstuffs hygiene as well.The semi-automatic selecting machine can decrease greatly of the labors` working strength and meanwhile the work efficiency is increased several times compared with the complete handsorting by the workers: The materials coming from the vibrating scattering device to conveyer belt will be verified and sorted optically on this belt, the impurities which are found by the workers will be sucked by the negative-pressure pneumatic suction pipe held by the worker. In this way, the materials are free of hand contact and less pollution so that the kernels can meet the hygienic requirements.
