Selectable parallel or serial (RS232C) interface by auto-detection on cable change. 5 character code pages for code range 80h to FFh supported: USA & Europe PC437, PC850, PC860, PC863, PC865. 15 international character sets of a dozen characters. Versatile print function such as emphasized printing and underlining set by software print commands. Approximately 20KB input buffer available enabling simultaneous printing and data receiving. Hardware hand shaking in serial interface through DIP switch selection. ESC command compatible.
