FaceMetrix PC Logon Suite
FaceMetrix LNS can encode your face into your unique biometric password. This password will replace your old-fashioned Windows` password, allowing you to log on to your PC simply by taking a look at the camera. Two easy steps to replace your conventional Windows` password by your unique facial code: Step1: Enrollment Face the camera and rotate your face slightly to the left, to the right, up and down (less than 10 X in all directions), and make sure both eyes are clear to the camera. 20 facial prints will be automatically collected and analyzed for converting your face into your facial code. Step2: Logon After your facial code is developed, it will automatically replace your Windows` password and your screen saver`s password. When you are logging on to your computer, you do not have to key in the password any more, just face the camera, and your computer will be unlocked all by itself. [Features] 1. FaceMetrix LNS allows up to five users to replace their Windows` passwords by facial codes. After replacement, these users can log in to their Windows` accounts just by looking at the camera. 2. Those who appear in front of the camera but do not have valid facial codes will be taken photos automatically by FaceMetrix LNS, and these photo logs are valuable information for follow-up investigations. 3. Embedded artificial intelligence can learn the facial changes due to different viewing angles, different lightings, different expressions and makeup. [System Requirements] 1. Pentium 800 MHz or above; 2. RAM 128MB minimum; 3. Hard drive capacity 15MB minimum; 4. USB webcam with minimum 350,000 pixels of resolution; 5. Microsoft Windows 2000/XP/2003; 6. Microsoft DirectX 8.1 or above versions; 7. Two USB ports are needed at installation, one for USB keypro and the other for the webcam, the USB keypro can be detached from the computer after installation, and the occupied USB port can be freed for other connections.
