The modular design allows for easy assembly and disassembly. One piece corners ensure structural integrity. Cam lock connectors and double bulb gaskets are permanently bonded to the panel behind the metal skins to ensure a quick and tight seal. URI manufactures high quality, reasonably priced walk-in coolers, freezers, and combination units. Walk-in units are constructed to the customer`s specific needs. Each panel is engineered to provide quick and easy assembly. Product characteristics 1. Insulation: Polyurethan CFC Free units are constructed with quality rigid virgin 1.25 lb. density expanded polystyrene foam to ensure good thermal insulation , high airtightness and cooling effective. 2. Wave panel design: convex and concave treatment for surface of panel to reinforced hardness, safety, durable and deformation-free. 3. wave panel design to enhance air circulation, cooling effect and energy saving Metal Finish types A) Stucco Embossed Aluminum B) Stainless Steel C) Painted Galvanized Mild Steel D) Galvanized Mild Steel E) Aluminum Chequer Floor Plate F) Galvanized Mild Steel G) Floor Tiles Floors: Standard insulated floors are similar to the panel construction but with a 20 gauge type 2B stainless steel wearing surface over reinforced insulation. Our standard floor is capable of withstanding uniform loads of up to 600 lbs. P.S.F. and is ideal for foot traffic and hand truck use. Custom ``heavy duty`` floors for pallet jack use available upon request.
