The QC dept. is equipped with a 3-coordinate measuring machine and a projector for dimensional checks of tooling and finishing products. The spectrometer will be used to analyze the products chemical content before pouring,the thermalcouple takes the melting liquid steel temperature and a Rockwell hardness tester is used as well.
