Our efforts have been successful and we now offer two types of ECO PU products that are suitable for any application. These materials possess superior processing and performance attributes. Soft-TPU: During the production of STPU, we use a STPU resin coupled with a high temperature cure. Distinguishing material properties include: 1. High Tensile Strength, Scratch Resistance. 2. Abrasion Resistance, Hydrolysis Resistance. 3. Low VOC (Organic solvent V VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds).i.e. ethylene chloride, benzene and ammonia). 4. Good with ``Hot Press`` and ``High Frequency Melt`` processes . 5. Flame-Resistant. Recommended applications for WBPU and STPU include: Apparel, Furniture, Shoes, Stationery, Handbags, Medical Equipment and Sports Appliances. NeoGila can produce WBPU in any color or pattern and can laminate them onto any substrate of the customer`s choice. Furthermore, the materials can be endowed with enhancements such as anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, deodorizing, and flame resistant properties. WBPU, the new type of environmentally friendly material developed by NeoGila Co., Ltd., is surely the most innovative and adaptable product in the PU industry today.
