Steel Solid Body (Rigid) Casing Centralizer for Downhole IntroductionSolid body (rigid) centralizer is used to casing in the central place of wellbore in cementing process, making align casings through well heads near surface. Rigid centralizer, made from solid steel bar or cast iron with a fixed blade height, is used to fit a specific casing or hole size. They can be used with corrosion resistant alloy casing strings to avoid the effects of galvanic corrosion. Their spiral blades increase annular turbulence to improve well bore clean out.
