XN CONVENTIONAL WOOD DRYING EQUIPMENT WITH ALL- ALUMIMUM The structure of XINAN`swood drying kilnis made completely out of special aluminum alloy. All the beams, profiles, and roof holding structure have high resistance to corrosion and meet the international standards, which are of I, U, & L profiles of thickness 8 mm made of special aluminum material AW 6063. The connecting materials, bolts, nuts, & washers are made of stainless steel 304. The complete structure is self-supporting and is mounted on to a base concrete foundation using stainless-steel A2 heavy-duty dowels. The heat insulation system is made of high density non-flammable fiberglass thermal insulation of 100 mm thickness. The inside aluminum sheets of the kiln are 1mm thick. The kiln wall is externally faced with corrugated embossed Aluminum sheets. The aluminum Cassettes themselves are specially mounted with the support of aluminum plate between columns of bearing structure.Feature of All-aluminum conventional wood drying kiln■ Automatic or semi-automatic control system■ Kiln housing can be all-aluminum■ The door is highly airtight, opened and closed flexibly and easily■ The handing of wood is by forklift or the sliding vehicle■ Energy source of wood drying kilns can be steam, hot-water, hot-oil, gas and electricity All-aluminum Wood drying equipmenthousing is composed of AL panels, insulation layers, columns and trusses, inner covering is aluminum panel, outer covering is aluminum panel too. Insulation layer is made of fiber glass. The material of column and truss is special shaped aluminum. To meet the cold climate in Russia the kiln roof is up to 250mm which can withstand the snow load of 300~400kg/m^2, the thickness of the kiln walls is 150mm, which can guarantee the normal operation during the temperature of -30~ -50 degree Celsius.
