Pulping system
Main equipments:pulper,5m3,75kw;vibration screen,2.4m2,7.5kw; consistency controller;mixer; pulp pump,waterpump, control cabinet for pulping system,etc.
Forming system
Consist of 6 pcs of forming platens and 6pc of transfering platen. Platen size:1600*400mm. 4pcs of 30-cell eggtray molds can bemounted on each forming platen(4pcs/cycle).There are 48pcs of forming molds and 4pcs oftransfering molds in total. Forming efficiency :29-30cycles/min;equipped with vacuum auto drain system,auto cleaning system for the forming mold, preheating system and auto control cabinet.
Drying system
Outline dimension：2400;10 layer conveying chain; burners with French or Italian brand. The eneryfor option:LPG, GAS, diesel oil.Equiped with auto control cabinet.
Stacking system
The finsihed products will be counted and stacked automatically after drying.Height Limit Pressor It will press and make the product more compact after stacking so that storing and transporting will be more convenient and cost-effective .
Subsidary Equipments
Vacuum pump,90kw,1set; air compressing system: air compressor s yetem(37kw,1set),air dryer,air filter and air storage tank.
Features of the double rotary pulp molding machine
•Production line occupation:about 2000m2.Requirement for the workshop: height ≥6.5m,width≥24m,length≥80m.
•Total power for the production line :511.55KW.
•Workforce for the production line:8-10shift.
