Whats the Glass-lined reactor?
"Glass-Lined reactor" is a material of construction that combines the
strength of steel with the corrosion resistance of glass.
It is made by fusing a thin layer of glass to steel at high temperature,creating a strong,
chemically bonded base coat, upon which subsequent layers of corrosion-resistant glass are fused.
This reactors excellent resistance to corrosion,abrasion,mechanical and thermal shocks, the glass
give optimum properties of easy cleaning and anti-adhesion.
Specifications:
Design pressure: Vessel FV-0 4MPa , Jacket 0.6MPa;
Design temperature: Vessel from -20 to 200; Jacket from -20 to 200;
Working temperature: Vessel from -20 to 120; Jacket from -20 to 140;
Volumes from 50L to 5000L(Open Type);
Glass lining thickness: 0.8~2.0mm;
Advantages:
-Clamp is forged and galvanized; Loose flange is casting and galvanized;
-Gasket is non-asbestos with SS corrugation gasket enveloped PTFE.
-Glass-lined baffle with dual functions of fluid refraction and thermometer pocket.
-Higher pressure design make more strength and long life use of body,and the glass lining wont be crack easily.
-Same as DeDietrich proceed of spray after vessel cooling keep perfect glass lining,
good quality without any color variation, causecrack or pinholes,
-20,000 volt spark test standard;
-Special custom designs upon request is available;
-Japan 200BW glass lining have better acid resistance rate, and more widely condition use than DeDietrich in test;
