1. Different cups
for different usage. This plastic
cup is used for cold drinks. We have PET and PP plastic cups, which one do
your prefer? We have cups for hot drink, cold drink or frozen yogurt (ice
cream, gelato), soup, sauce. Besides, we have single wall and double wall cups
for hot drink.
2. We have
different sizes for cups, what size/
volume do you need.
3. Lid/ Cover is
separated from cup, usually we dont print logo on lids. Dome lid and flat for
your choice
4. Quantity for per
design per size. Our MOQ is 50,000pcs per size. Besides, clients have to accept
the 5% quantity range in the real production.
5. Our
Payment method: T/T, Western Union. Usually 40% deposit, 60% before
shipment.
6. The trade
term: Usually
our price is EXW price. We can offer FOB, CIF, DDU, if you want.
7. The
production time: Generally speaking, 20-25 working days after confirm
the deposit and design. This time may be longer in the busy season.
8. Shipping
period: We usually ship them by sea, due to the expensive express and airplane freight.
The shipping period vary from region to region. Usually 7-15days to Southeast
Asia, 20-30 days to North America, 30-35days to Europe and other area.
Q&A
Quality
is in the first place. Do we have certificate for our cups?
Yes.
Our factory aim at overseas market, we have well learned that the International
food standard. We have done the SGS FDA test report recently, to show our
safety and high quality paper material. For some clients require other test
report, we can do it for you, but the cost by your side.
Is our
MOQ too much to you?
We
are aware of that there are some small shop dont need so much quantity at a
time, 10,000pcs is enough. But if you know the following details, you will find
that for small quantity, it is better to purchase them from your local factory.
1. Before the real production, we have to test
the machine, which leads to hundred kilograms paper wastage. This wastage is
the same, if we produce 5000pcs or 50,000pcs. It is the part of the cost, so
the price for 5000pcs is 10 times more expensive than price for 50,000pcs.
2. Our cup machine finishes hundreds of cups at
a time. 50,000pcs can be finished in a day.
Besides,
It is expensive to deliver them by sea, air, or express. If you have import experiences before, you must know that for sea shipping
and air shipping there are many charge items when you pick up the goods at the
port, and most of them counted by each shipment (B/L) rather than the quantity
itself. In another words, there is no difference between 1ctn and 10ctn, so the
cost would be very high if you order such small quantity. Frankly. If you
choose to ship them by express, like DHL, the freight is about $250 for a
carton1000 cups, it is much more expensive than the goods itself. For small quantity,
you can get the same, maybe cheaper price in your local factory.
About
samples
If you want our stock sample to check the quality,
the samples are for free, but the freight by your side.
If you want your logo printed cup sample, it takes about 10days to make
them. There is a sample making fee:$120 for each item. Freight by your side too.
You
can cash on delivery, if you have express account.
Can we
reduce the production period, if you need the cups urgently?
The fastest production period is 15 days, which including material
purchase, It is in the most smoothly situation. Sometimes It can be 10 days
only to purchase the material, when the paper is out of stock.
If you
dont know what is the difference between PP and PET.
PET material is environmental protection material, its
diaphaneity is very good, mainly used for packing has high demand of
environmental protection.
PP material is environmental
protection material, because a small proportion , so the price is low, but the
transparency inferior to PET.
You
can easily distinguish them: PET is more clear and stronger than PP.
Do you
take paper cups into consideration?
As
we all know that customer can have a great view through the transparent plastic
cups. But it is much expensive than paper cups. Especially when you need your
logo print on the cups.
