Application:
This machine is designed for treating unqualified turbine oil, especially the seriously emulsified turbine oil. It can remove water, gas and impurities rapidly and effectively.
Features:
1. Fully breaking emulsification by means of polymeric material.
2. With the advanced dielectric condensation devices
3. With the trapezoidal, spiral, automatic back flushing system
4. On-line oil purification system can be carried out with turbine or water turbine automatically.
5. High-effectively dewatering with once and for two steps dehydrator method, TY series can thoroughly remove the liquid water, free water and 80% of dissolved water.
6. With ZN distinctive technique by combine double FH trapezoidal network and polymeric absorbing material, this machine can makeβ3≥200 and the cleanness under grade 6 (NAS 1638).
Advantages:
After de-emulsification by this machine, the treated oil is hard to be emulsified again. The dehydration volume is large and the water can be drained off on line. TY series can effectively extend oil lifetime and protect turbine and lubrication system from damage.
