Photo luminescent pigment
Luminescent pigment is light storage-emission alkaline aluminate's phosphor doped with rare earth , its composition expression is Al2O3 (Sr, Mg, Ca) O: (Eu, La, Dy) B, it is also named glowing pigment, long afterglow luminescent material or luminous powder etc. The product can keep shining in darkness for more than 40 hours by absorption ultraviolet or visible lights for 10 minutes and can be repeatedly used. Its initial luminescent intensity can reach beyond 40000mcd/m2 with highest. In comparison with conventional Zinc sulphide phosphors, the product has as 5 - 10 times of persistence longer than the former one with the features of heat resistance, anticorrosion, light durable and free from any radioactive substance, and can be evenly spread as an additive among the transparent agents such as coating, ink, paint, plastics, cereal, glass, fiber to activate the emitting functions of the agents. It can be used for emergent lighting, indication marks and embellishment.
