Chenille embroidery control system: 1) Product series: Towel / chain stitch series; flat / towel / chain stitch series; flat, towel / chain stitch with sequin 3 in 1 series. 2) Needle bar tracing controlling: integrated or single tracing (option) . 3) Looping: integrated or single looping (option) 4) Trimming: integrated driving, single driving or machine-linkage (option) 5) Color-change: integrated, single or manual change (option) 6) Head lifting controlling: integrated, single or manual lifting (option) . 7) Sequin embroidery: flat and special heads may be equipped with sequin device 8) Stitch changing: auto or manual both are available, between flat and towel embroidery, also between towel and chain stitcch embroidery, exact breaking off point ensures quality of embroidery works. 9) Embroidery feature: flat head with colors change and thread trimming function, towel embroidery too, speed not down at turning point; single head mending is available, special head with towel, chain stitch and sequin embroidery etc. 10) Wide embroidery function on special Head: move frames without power off machine; pull control bar to start work when fabric clamped on frames. 11) General features: auto / manual color-change; Auto / manual trimming; Auto / manual start; Original point storage / offset-point setting / back to break off point / line embroidery / frame backward and forward / auto repeat / design rotation / edit / combination. 12) High efficiency: maximum speed of flat head at 1000 RPM. Special head at 600 RPM.
