Place of origin: Egypt. Payment Terms: L/C,Western Union. Sewing plant contains 150 sewing machines. We are mainly specialized in knit fabrics production lines, like T-Shirts, Sweat- Shirts, Sweat Pants, Tank Tops etc. Average production is 7000 PCS/day in basic shirts. Printing. Obtaining a very professional print house, make us one of the most professional and guaranteed garments manufacturers to produce a high quality printing. We use 2 M.H.M Printing Machines (2005/2007). Dyeing and Finishing. Our factories do not include a dye house, it is a subcontracting process, but we always ensure to work with the best dye houses in Egypt in order to preserve the quality assurance. Knitting. As an introductory, we are the agents for UNITED TXMAC MACHINES LIMITED SINGAPORE (Unitex) for circular knitting machines. The Company Have 260 Circular Knitting Machines, of different Inches and Gauges.. We are using circular knitting machines (with Lycra) which enable us to manufacture a superior collection of fabrics: Single Jersey, Rib, Pique, Interlock, Fleece, Mini- Jacquard, etc. the production of body fabrics and trims are insured to be from the same yarn lot to guarantee the perfect matching during the process of dyeing and Sewing after that. Average production is 50 tons/day. Spinning. Our spinning plant consists of 21000 spindle producing different kinds of yarn: cotton, polyester, viscose, and also producing blended yarn of 50- 50%, and 65- 35% of cotton/polyester, viscose/polyester of all different counts variations from 10 Ne to 60 Ne. We always choose the best fibers for manufacturing yarn to guarantee the best quality, likewise, we choose Egyptian cotton (which is a significant privilege for us being in Egypt), best polyester fibers and Viscose fibers. This is all to ensure the high quality of yarn products, as we control the product quality step by step. Our approximate production is 10 tons/day.
