The knitting is done exclusively by hand, with the help of only knitting needles or a crochet hook, using a method known and used long before machines were invented. A single item has over 50 000 stitches, knitted by hand, one by one, by the knitter, who must possess skill, talent and experience. It takes from 20 to 25 days to be completed. We are a unique type of company, manufacturing fashion items knitted 100% by hand, based on our own design and under our own label. The specific nature of our production comes from the fact that we don`t use any kind of machines, nor do we have factories or industrial units. We have several regional offices in Northeast Bulgaria where we employ, train and organize teams of talented Bulgarian women, all of whom work in the comfort of their own homes. Each of our creations is original, authentic and unique. Trademark: translated into English, it means Granny knitting needles. It symbolizes the traditions in Bulgarian lifestyle and culture and the passing of traditions through the generations by the oldest, and most skilled in this craft, women. All designs are originals developed by Designer Galina Dacheva and her daughter Desimira Dacheva. Designer Galina Dacheva is the first Bulgarian designer included in New York Fashion Calendar. Our collection, with regard to variety, yarns and colors, is one of the richest collections available.
