General Pigment Printing Color
We manufacture water-based pigment printing colorant which is called "JINBEST".
This is a series of aqueous colors combines with pigments, dispersers, auxiliaries, water etc. in which are uniformly dispersed at high color strength, brilliant shades and excellent stability to store. It can generally used on printing natural and synthetic fabrics such as polyamide, cotton, rayon, polyester and others as well as their mixed or blended fabrics T/C. The printing methods can be hand screen printing, rotary screen printing, automatic screen printing etc. It also can apply on Water Paint, Artifical Flowers, Paper, Latex printing etc.
They can used not only in pigment printing, but also used in pigment dye. But the fabrics have to pre-process with cationics, so the pigment can be adhered to the fabrics surface. Then the fabrics dipping into the binder and dry afterward. So it can gain distinctive color result.
They have a variety of colors. They can be used in single color or used in mixed with multiple colors.
They need to compare color strength and color shade with the standards when doing the quality test. After passed the comparision test, then will test on the solid content(%), viscosity(CPS), pH and dispersion test. The products will only be packed if passed all the above mentioned tests.
