It weaves the warp and the weft into a fabric of woven warp tissue with weft insertion first; next, turn the fabric into strips and strips of yarn threads by cutting off wefts in the fabric; or directly weaves the warp and the weft into a band-like threads of woven warp tissue with weft insertion. SGD-980 computerized fancy yarn crocheting loom is applicable to all the raw materials, such as diverse chemical fiber yarns, cotton, wool, linen and silk. These raw materials may be dyed either before or after the fancy yarns-making. Crocheting the fancy yarns is characteristic of a continuous formation of circles, a lining function of the weft and a flat form of yarns. The loom is one of main machines of the knitting and garment enterprises.SGD-980B computerized fancy yarn crocheting loom is one of the most advanced crocheting machines in China for the present time. It has a servo system to replace the former mechanical controlling mechanism based on a pattern chain. This results in a simplified structure, easy change of the variety, at-will designing of fancy shape and a high level of the automation.
