Casting Mould
ARGEAN specialize in designing and processing of middle to small size precise moulds With monthly production capacity of 20-30 sets of moulds. 80% of our products has been directly exported to countries worldwide including United States, Canada, Germany, France, Britain, Japan, Turkey, etc. The largest dimension of our product could reach 1300mm*800mm*800mm, and the biggest dimension of the mould could be 2000MM and the weight could be ten tons.We are specialized in building complicated moulds with cams, slides, lifters, core pull, collapsible core and automatic unscrewing actions. Conform to requirement from client we use standard components from DME, Progressive, HASCO and etc. in order to reach the European, American and Japanese standards. We stock steel P20 (HRC 28-32), H13 (HRC48-52), S7 (HRC54-56), 420SS (HRC48-52), SKD61(HRC48-52) with high glass and anticorrosive, which are bought from U.S.A, Germany, Sweden and Japan. Every year we produce about 100 hot runner system moulds using DME, THERMOPLAY, Mould Master, EWIKON, Mastip, INCOE, Yudo, etc. systems.We will offer COC for all steel, mould system and mould standard parts if you need. We sell not only toolings, but also engineering support, efficiency, speed and quality.
