High Temperature High Pressure Cone Dyeing Machine
1) This machine is mainly suitable for cotton, wool, ramie, polyester/cotton and polyester, etc natural and blended fibre, equipped with five kinds of carries: suspended hank yarn, package yarn, ball loose fibre, zipper tape to process dyeing, boiling bleaching and washing, etc. Under 140°C.2) Adopt the newest designed mixed flow pump for most advanced, high cavitations resistance performance. The forward & reverse circulation for dye liquor is auto-executed by the change valve inside the pump. The impeller inside the pump can provide large flow and enough coefficient of head for dyeing procedure. Due to its strong penetrability, the machine is suitable for very difficult texture and various kinds of textures. The dyed texture is with high color fastness and good uniform dyeing effects.3) Full-filling structure: the machine equipped with additions system (stirring device and additions tank), additions feeding & pressuring system of dye liquor (cooler). Thus the dyeing process can be completed to meet the process requirement under both atmospheric temperature high pressure and high temperature high pressure with versatile applications and excellent dyeing color lightness.4) High automation degree with good process repeatability and convenient operation. This machine is equipped with dyeing compute control system for auto dyeing process, thus reduce the effects of human factors in manual operation. The dyeing process can be executed completely according to the process requirements. Each function and order can be program controlled by electric system for good repeatable process to reduce cylinder difference.5) Reasonable, prefect operation environment and high safety: this machine adopts self-sealing type kier seal and pneumatic kier locking interlocking safety device, and pneumatic kier cover opening &closing device for convenient and safe operation.6) Each tube orifice adopts pneumatic &manual valve and the coil heating and cooling system inside the kier are automatically controlled for low labor intensity and comfortable operation environment.
