And the cylinders also havethe function of hydraulic overload protection.2) We change the traditional crankshaft connecting rod structure to crankshaft slidingblock structure of the spindle power structure of the double points, thus itnot only increases the rigidity but lay the double power point with a farther distance,which increases the capacity to bear eccentric load in the direction. Atthe other direction of the slide, namely the direction of the forward and backwardguide way, we change the single group roller guide rail guidance to up and downdouble group roller guide rail guidance. Because of the long distance of theup and down roller, the guide guidance is with high precision and the capacityof the bearing of the eccentric load of the whole press of is very strong.3) Main parts such as pedestal, upper beam and sliding block of the press are allprecision casting formed to fluid state sand. Because of good nature of anti-vibrationand anti-distortion after aging treatment, it can keep long-time precision,diminish the noise and make the press with a good shape.4) Installed eccentric covers at both sides of the spindle, assembled the counterweightclump inside the eccentric covers to eliminate the imbalance aroused by theeccentric covers.5) Some balancing springs are installed on the upper beam of the press to balancethe weight of the slide parts and the upper mold, and promote precision throughthe balance adjusting bolt.6) The whole production line adopts PLC control.
