At the otherdirection of the slide, namely the direction of the forward and backward guideway, we change the single group roller guide rail guidance to up and down doublegroups roller guide rail guidance. Because of the long distance of the up anddown roller, the guide guidance is with high precision and the capacity of thebearing the eccentric load of the whole press of is very strong.Main parts such as pedestal, upper beam and sliding block of the press are all precisioncasting formed to fluid state sand. Because of good nature of anti-vibration andanti-distortion after aging treatment, it can keep long-time precision, diminishthe noise and make the press with a good shape.Installed eccentric covers at both sides of the spindle, assembled the counterweightclump inside the eccentric covers to eliminate the imbalance aroused by theeccentric covers.Some balancing springs are installed on the upper beam of the press to balance theweight of the slide parts and the upper mold, and promote precision through thebalance adjusting bolt.The whole production line adopts PLC control. The variable parameter can be inputby the human-machine.
