It is aneffective substitute of chloramphenicol injection. It is also used for the treatmentof disease in livestock and fowl caused by pasteurella, pleuropneumonia actinomyceto,streptococcus, colibacillus, salmonella, pneumococcus, hemophilus, staphylococcus,mycoplasma, chlamydia, leptospira and rickettsia.Dosage and administration:Deep intramuscularly at a dose of 20mg/kg by animals such as horses, cattle, sheep,swine, chicken and ducks. A second dose should be administered 48 hours later.Contra-indication:Do not administer animals with established hypersensitivity to tetracycline.Precaution:Don`t inject or take orally with alkali drugs.
