The patented DCP high-capacity Perl Mill SuperFlow® has two inline grinding chambers with internal grinding pearl recirculation. This prevents pressing of the grinding pearls even at maximum throughput rates (recirculation grinding). Applications Grinding of low-viscosity materials with target fineness values down to the nanoscale. - Automotive paints - Industrial paints - Building paints (protective & decorative) - Color filter dispersions for all types of displays - Inkjet inks - Gravure printing inks DCP SuperFlow® - Twin-cylinder pin-type Perl Mill®. - Unique cooling concept (with and without additional rotor cooling) - Grinding media from 0.2 to 0.8mm - Turbulent flow of micro grinding pearls through rotor and stator pins - Centrifugal separation of grinding pearls - Grinding chamber volumes from 1.2 to 72 liters - Drive power from 5.5 to 250 kW
