Manual Pallet Changer with Base

1. Material: The Pallet and base are manufactured from high quality aluminum material T6061 and hard anodized. Featuring high durability, light weight, high wear resistance and comfortable loading and unloading! 2. Accurate Positioning: The pallet and base are positioned by 4 conics. They are precision machined from tool steel/SKD-11, hardened by vacuum heat treatment for high accuracy positioning and maximum wear resistance! 3. Positioning Detection: The pallet`s position is detected by a sensor that provides an interlock function between the pallet and the working machine for safety protection. The pallet and base are locked securely by the use of air cylinder and draw collar! 4. Air Blowing: Before the pallet is locked to the base, powerful air blows through hole in each positioning conics for clearing the positioning parts. This ensures the positioning accuracy! 5. Smooth Sliding: The Pallet sideways are equipped with steel balls for effortless sliding when installing the in-house developed linear pallets! 6. Two Handles: 2 handles located at both sides of pallet provide convenient installation and removing of pallet! 7. In addition to supply the Manual Pallet Changer, we also design and manufacture jig and fixture according to customer`s workpiece types and machining requirements!
