Pre-Setting Torque Wrench
Fixed value torque wrench is a kind of pre setting torque wrench. It leaves the factory after the torque value is fixed according to the requirement of users. Fixed value torque wrench is a kind of measuring instrument with sound (or hand feeling) signals often selected in process lines, and the precision is ± 4%. It is widely used in tightening screwed connections which have requirements on torque value.There are two kinds of fixed value torque wrench. One is the kind with fixed ratchet wheel head, and the other kind has changeable head connecting to the square hole with 9 x 12, 14 x 18 spigot. According to the service position, the head of changeable kind can be replaced freely by ratchet wheel head, ring head, ring broach head and broach spanner. It is easily operated and the indicators and technical conditions are in accordance with GB/T15729-1995 national standard and regulations related to JJG707-90.
