VOLUMETRIC DIVIDER: VD 3000This compact machine has a special designed dividing drum and intake piston therefore, ensures careful dough handling at minimum pressure and no warming of dough. It divides even sensitive dough as gently as by hand. All dough-contacting parts are automatically lubricated with food based oil which enhances accuracy and long service life. The hopper and all panels is made of stainless steel and has a safety cover. Daily cleaning of the dough divider system is not necessary. Weight adjustment done by push-buttons in automatic model and by a handwheel in manual models. The electronic control system also displays on a digital display as a ratio of dough processed. Weight ranges are 50-200 gr. , 100-600 gr. , 250-1000 gr. Motor power in manual models 1. 5 kw and in automatic models 1. 75 kw 220 / 380 V AC 50 Hz. (Flour, water ratio less than 50% )
