Vacuum Drier
Working principle:Pure water has the highest evaporation speed under boiling condition. Undernormal pressure, pure water starts to boil at the temperature of 100oC,under acuum condition, as vapor pressure in the system is lower than that ofmaterial surface, boiling point of water is under 100oC. For example,when surface is at 0.7MPa, water will boil at the temperature of 70oC,the higher the vacuum, the lower the boiling point. In the vacuum drier, evaporatedwater can be removed quickly under the vacuum system, therefore, this drier haslarger drying capability, although it is under lower operation temperature.Material is under static conditions during operation of the equipment, which isgood for keeping initial status of materials, and intermittent operation can adjustprocess conditions at any time.On the top of FZG (square) drier, heating system is arranged to tackle theproblem of returning of condensed water. In addition, air suction is arranged atthe side to improve drying efficiency.This equipment can be used for low temperature drying and solvent recovery,especially suitable for material that is easily oxygenated during drying. Heatsource can be steam, hot water or heat conducting oil.Features:1) Can get higher drying speed at lower temperature, and the hot amount canbe used fully2) Can dry at low temperature or can dry thermal sensitive raw materials3) Can dry raw materials that contains solvent and solvent needs to be recovered4) Before drying, it can carry out disinfectant treatment.
