Type WDJ-CP-1 dermabrasion unit is a patented product newly successfully developed in our company and it can substitute the imported dermabrasion unit. The instrument adopts the power of micro BLDC motor independently developed in our company. The motor cable adopts the high temperature line. Therefore, the high pressure high temperature sterilization problem has been solved. The motor and cable can be put in 134`C -+ 4`C & 2Pa pressure high pressure high temperature disinfection pot for disinfection. This avoids surgery failure resulting in cross infection. The micro BLDC motor developed in our company is handle type and the grinding head can be directly installed in leading end of motor. The operator`s hand can directly seize the motor for operation, avoid the inconvenience for driving with flexible shaft in past. In this way, the whole equipment is very light and the doctor can easily operate it.For enhancing dermabrasion effect, the motor revolution can be set up in the required optimum revolution for dermabrasion. The moment is also large in particular and overcome the difficult grinding problem due to some tenacity of skin.The controller of WDJ-CP-1 dermabrasion unit can be inserted in two sets of motor. It is convenient for installing two different specifications` grinding head and avoid the trouble to and fro change grinding head in surgery. Only pressing A/B key can easily change the other motor for work.Two kinds of function key are set up in WDJ-CP-1 dermabrasion unit. One kind of function key is installed in the front panel suitable for operating machine in sitting state and also convenient for surgery doctor to watch the present operating mode of instrument from farther area. The other is installed on the top cover and it is suitable for standing operation in particular. No matter whether press the keys in front panel or press the keys on top cover can get the same function. This is greatly convenient for operator.
