AUTO SMT STENCIL PRINTER
1. For printing, use a servomotor, and a non-teeth guide screw with linear precision driving. 2. Use a micrometer to micro-adjust the depth of the squeegee/scraper, with precision: 0.01mm. 3. Use a micrometer to micro-adjust the level of the squeegee / scraper, with precision G 0.01mm. 4.Printing table moves up & down fixed points precision G 0.005mm. 5. The surface of printing table is ground by précised CNC, with level tolerance G 0.01mm. 6. The independent X, Y and ?c axles printing table, with precision G 0.01mm. 7. Regarding the level between table & steel plate, the lever meter can be set within 1~100mm. 8.Non-lever cylinder, coordinating with linearly slide rail, repeated setting precision of table 0.01mm. 9. Four points of horizontal correction device on the stencil clamp base, and auto air clamping for stencil. 10. Both stencil bases are hanged on linearly slide rail with out any gap; can levelly adjust the distance smoothly. 11. LCD DISPLAY PANEL, may supply operation teaching mode, auto detect while improper operation and trouble shooting guidance.
