Compared with other steel strip, the mechanical performance of our product is comparatively high. After T-treat, the numerical value of tensile strength is 428~350MPa, the yield strength is 290~240MPa, the numerical value of extending ratio is 30%~38%, and the hardness is 130~200HV.Meanwhile, the surface performance is also attractive. The numerical value of gloss level is 217 dimensionless, the porosity is 0.2 Hole/cm², anti-corrosion performance is 8 2hnss and the degree of crystalline is 0.5. In this case, the crystalline of nickel coating would be fined and the arrangement of the crystalline would be more firm. A diffusion layer which was the composite of nickel and steel would be formed. Therefore, the steel sheet with electrodeposited nickel coating has good performance of processing, anti-corrosion, welding as well as electric conduction.
