Hot Bended Glass
Our company produces and supplies various kinds of tempered glass, usingclear or different tinted sheets. With our horizontal tempering furnaces, wealso produce tempered glass with printed sheets, such as glass with printedpatterns or trade marks on them. We have a special bending temperingfurnace to produce curved tempered glass with printed patterns on thesheet The maximum size of tempered glass is 2,440 x 3,660mm and thethickness range is 3. 0-19mm.Tempered glass is high strengthened glass. Its bent-strength and impactstrength will be increased by about 3-5 times ordinary glass and itscapability of resisting temperature change will be increased by nearly3 times. It shows excellent safety performance since it will break intocertain amount of small and non-sharp fragments while being damagedby a super great force so that no people will be injured. There are strictrules and regulations home and abroad which stipulate that safety glassmust be used at the particular positions of a building, such as doors,windows, curtain walls and ceilings, as well as entrances and exits ofpublic places.Features:1) Fragmenta) Glass thickness: ≥5mm:b) Fragment amount within a 50 x 50 mm urea of each sample mustbe 40 or morec) Lamp glass: fragment amount must be more than 1002) Thermostability test: heat the sample in a dry 200oCenvironment and keep it at this temperature for half an hour. The sample will not be broken3) Mechanical strength:a) Average bending strength of 5mm tempered glass will not be less than200Mpa (N/M²)b) Sample with a size of 610x610mm will be impacted by a steel ball withweight of 1,040g and diameter of 63. 5mm. Dropped from a height of1,000mm, the sample will not be broken
