The active<br>element permeates into capillary pores of the substrate and forms a<br>compact waterproof layer<br>3) After the slurry membrane is dried, tile adhesive can be used directly<br>onto the waterproof layer<br>4) Can be used either on interior or exterior wall and floor<br>5) Water resistance and good durability<br>6) Water vapor permeability<br>7) Ageing resistance, innocuous, harmless and environment-protected<br><br>Application scope:<br>1) Indoor and outdoor structures, concrete, cement render and brick wall for<br>waterproofing<br>2) Irrigation works, machine room, foodstuff storehouse, tunnel, underground<br>parking, wall, floor, swimming pool, kitchen, toilet and drinkable water pool<br><br>Substrate preparation:<br>1) The substrate must be firm, clean, even and free from grease, oil<br>2) The obvious pores, sand holes must be plastered with repair mortar, and<br>sharp edge must be removed<br>3) If the temperature of the substrate is too high, it should be damp with<br>water but no obvious water<br><br>Instructions:<br>1) Mixing proportion: 25kg powder: 9kg additive: 0~1kg water<br>2) Add the additive into the container, then pour the powder agent into<br>the water slowly; mix them until a lump-free mixture is achieved<br>3) Use a brush or rolling brush to apply the slurry onto the substrate<br>and spread evenly<br>4) The second coat is applied after the first layer is dried and spread<br>vertically. The third coat is applied when necessary<br><br>Normal dosage:<br>The thickness of the painted film shall be 1.0~1.2mm about 20~25m²/set.<br><br>Note:<br>The above-mentioned dosage is for the case when the substrate is even.<br><br>Precautions:<br>1) Other covering layers can not be done until the waterproof layer is dry<br>completely<br>2) The application cannot be conducted below 5°C; do not apply it in the<br>extremely wet and bad-ventilated surroundings so as to affect the<br>formation of the waterproof film<br>3) Do not mix the cured slurry with water and reuse it<br>4) Do not use it in the place where there are shocks, moving and big cracks<br><br>Shelf life:<br>Unopened products can be stored for up to 12 months in cool dry environment.<br>Liquid additive can not be stored under temperature lower than 5°C.<br><br>Packing:<br>1) 25kg powder + 9kg additive/set<br>2) 5kg powder + 1.8kg additive/set
